Hasnt synced my steps for the last five days. If it does sync, it takes at least 10 mins to do it. Reset watch and reinstalled app, re-paired several times to no avail. I miss my Fitbit. Update: Nothing has changed. I only take my Q off to shower and I wear it all day, yet the app records no steps for days at a time. Or only ~100 or so. Brilliant. Also noticed there is no background refresh for this app... Why not??? Not like I want it to automatically sync steps on its own or anything.

I received my Q54 Pilot as a gift and it worked great until the last update. My steps are not being updated and are inaccurate. Yesterday I did almost 7000 steps but the app is only showing 1448. Thats a big difference. Pls fix it or Im returning this watch.

Ive had my Reveler for 6 months now, and up until the update, I loved it. But ever since the update it does NOT track my steps. After running 2+ miles the app said I only walked 700 steps. When I called customer service she said it was my fault that I dont have the app open at all times to count the steps. She said its always been like that. I beg to differ. In the 6 months Ive had this wearable, it has counted my steps either at the end of the day, or even the next morning. Ive never had to have the app open all day. But according to customer service, Im doing it wrong. They could admit to a bad update and fix what is wrong with the wearables: they dont sync, they dont accurately count steps, and they dont explain in the updates that youll need to leave the app open at all times (to kill your battery) for the app/wearable to work. Beware buying a fossil q unless you like having a sleek device that only works 30% of the time.

Ive been using my fossil Q for a month now. It has always showed at least 1500-2500 steps less than my phone pedometer app. I walked over 3 miles today but the Q only reported walking 0.9 miles. I got the Q so that I wouldnt always have to keep my phone in my pocket to keep track of my steps. It is useless to me right now.

I have loved wearing my fossil q dreamer, and love how it looks every day. Except now it does not track my steps accurately. This morning it said I had about 1300 steps, then after running around at the playground with my students, I dropped to only 400. This update has been terrible.

I loved my Fossil Q that I got for Christmas. But since the update, it wont sync, pair or work. I hope theres another update soon to fix it- or Ill have to get a Fitbit.

After the lastest update still cant open the app, please make it work!!! Faster !!!!!

I really enjoy using this app, a neat blend of smart watch features with the the style of an analog watch

The app is fine, I wish the bracelet tracked heart rate; then my calories burned would be more accurate.

I love love love the app, but Id give anything for the bracelet to buzz more when I was getting a phone call or an alarm was going off

I love my Fossil Q watch and appreciate that I can wear a classic looking piece with smartphone technology. The companion app is very confusing and leaves much to be desired. From what I can see, it looks like a lot of the supposed features look great, but its impossible to understand how to get everything to work right. There is no help section, and no instructions anywhere online. Id love to access the entirety of the app if I knew how.

The app description states that works with iPhone, their website gives instructions on how to setup the app with the phone and watch. Well nothing works, not even the new update "issue syncing with some devices".

I bought this thinking it would come with most other features like its competitors but it doesnt. Its basically an expensive pedometer and it doesnt track anything but steps. Kinda disappointed to be honest. Pretty dumb that I couldve saved money if I just wanted a step counter.

I absolutely love my Q Dreamer and the accompanying app. I had a Nike FuelBand before, which often had issues and died long before its time for no reason. This product is reliable - and the "dialogue" in the app is hilarious. (Y u no step??) Ive had so much fun with it, and everything works as it should, even all the different buzzes for when I get messages or notifications on my phone. I have no qualms about giving this app 5 stars.

Had a Nike Fuel band and this is much better. Great app that WORKS WITH MY IPHONE 6.

Ever since a recent update (not sure which one) my app constantly crashes and I cant sync my phone to my watch. I have reset the phone, closed the app, and redownloaded the app multiple times, but still the app doesnt work. So Im giving it one star since it doesnt even want to open on my device.

Enjoying my new Q54 Pilot. Unfortunately, the notifications are too weak to actually notify. Any chance software can be tweaked to improve this? Example, more persistent vibration and lights? Especially for Call notification - Persist the vibration and light signals while call unanswered? Will look forward to the next App version. Good early version.

It tracks my steps, logs my notifications, allows me to customize my Q-dreamer experience. All this is done in a well designed application.

Really love the look and the layout. But my steps went backwards.

I wasnt sold on this type of watch at first. Then I received one as a gift. Now I wear it everyday. Cant wait to get another one.
